Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant will assist the Campus Director with all the marketing related activities for the iCode Fishers campus. The Marketing Assistant must possess a demonstrated ability to pitch company programs, sell, close and meet or exceed the enrollment goals set forth by the company. This individual is also responsible for establishing offsite campus relationships with local schools and businesses to increase brand awareness and revenue through establishing partnership opportunities, including after-school programs, iCode Scholarship programs, iCode presentations and participation in key events. The Marketing Assistant is accountable to ensure company protocol is followed as it relates to student management and communication to the parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting or Exceeding student enrollment goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Build student enrollments through developing school partnerships, business promotional opportunities, telemarketing efforts, on-site and off-site events, and campus tours
- Facilitate various iCode programs and market through social media and email campaigns
- Establishing After-School programs with local schools.
- Promoting participation of the iCode Scholarship program to local schools.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of the company’s database and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Strong selling skills and ability to close enrollment transactions.
- Social Media Marketing experience required.
- Outgoing personality and skilled at developing business relationships at all levels, including with students, parents, instructors, local schools and businesses.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to quickly learn new operational systems and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to challenges.
- Strong work ethic and flexible work schedule.
Work Schedule
Must be flexible to work shifts during mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as requested.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
